Shipping information
Please note that processing your order may take 1-3 weeks. Each print is made to order, and everything is carefully managed and hand-packaged by the artist. Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 1-2 weeks. International shipping typically takes between 7-25 days, depending on the destination.
Return policy
You have 14 days to return your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving it to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with an address to send your item back to. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, custom products (personalized items, customized sizes and special orders) cannot be returned.
Customs Fees, Import Duties, and VAT
Depending on the country you are ordering from, additional import duties and customs fees may be applied by your local customs office. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide information on how they work in different countries.
Issues with Your Order?
If you receive the wrong item or notice any damage upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want instead.
